Amazing Oils Magnesium Active Spray (formerly known as Recovery Spray) is a powerhouse combination of magnesium, infused with wintergreen, menthol, arnica and chilli extract. It makes the perfect daily magnesium for those who like to lead a more active lifestyle. With added properties present in wintergreen and menthol it's also a great addition to any first aid cabinet.
Watering down the product for the first week (e.g. applying after a shower) or using over a light moisturiser can greatly help. If you're trying magnesium oil for the first time, Amazing Oils would recommend Magnesium Sensitive Spray.
Directions:
Use: Daily, apply 4-5 sprays (1ml, equivalent to approximately 20mg/ml elemental magnesium) in the morning, focusing on the upper body (arms and chest) to energise. Repeat before and after physical activity or as often as needed.
