Harmony PMS Support (Formerly known as Harmony® Balance) is a combination of 4 vital herbs, and Vitamins D3 and B6, traditionally used to relieve the symptoms of premenstrual syndrome, menstrual cramps and to help regulate the menstrual cycle.

Premenstrual syndrome (PMS AKA Premenstrual Tension or PMT) affects up to 75% of women at some point during their monthly cycle and is linked to many difficult physical and emotional symptoms. Harmony PMS Support has been formulated with carefully selected ingredients to support women’s wellbeing and to help combat your PMS symptoms.

Ingredients

Each Tablet Contains extracts equiv. to dry:

Vitex agnus-castus fruit (Chaste Tree) 175mg

Angelica polymorpha root (Dong Quai) 2g

Paeonia lactiflora root (Peony) 2g

Bupleurum falcatum root 1g

Vitamin B6 (from Pyridoxine hydrochloride) 25mg

Vitamin D3 150IU (Cholecalciferol) 3.75ug

 

Other Ingredients

Calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, hypromellose, colloidal anhydrous silica, magnesium stearate, chlorophyllin-copper complex, carnauba wax, tablet coating (proprietary ingredient PI 4029).

 

Free from wheat, gluten and dairy products.

 

Directions for use:

Starting dose: 2-3 tablets daily, continuously for 2-3 months.

Maintenance dose: 1-2 tablets daily.

Or take as directed by your healthcare practitioner. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.

 

WARNINGS:

Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. (Contains Vitamin B6).

Vitex agnus-castus may affect hormones and medicines such as oral contraceptives.

Consult your healthcare professional before use. Discontinue use if you develop sensitivity to the formula. Not recommended during pregnancy unless professionally prescribed.
