Directions:

Take: One capsule daily, increase to one capsule twice daily if required. Take with food and water. Keep water intake high throughout the day.

Horopito (pseudowintera colorata) leaf liquid extract 30mg equiv. to dry leaf 250mg per capsule

Also contains: Olive oil, gelatin, glycerol and purified water.

Contains sulfites.
